York Hill Surveying is a small, rural land surveying firm established in 1984 by Creston Gaither, PLS. Our work area generally includes Franklin, western Kennebec, southern Somerset and northern Oxford counties.

We perform boundary surveys, Mortgage Loan Inspections, topographic surveys, and boundary research. We can provide legal descriptions (for conveyances), elevation certificates (for flood insurance purposes), and some drafting services.
